Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
📝 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key business trends and risks.
📈 Develop financial models to assist with business planning, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
🔍 Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; investigate significant variances and report findings.
🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
📅 Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
📈 Monitor key financial and operational metrics, proposing actions based on findings.
💡 Assist in the evaluation of business performance, including ROI analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
🔄 Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
UAE experience is mandatory
CPA, CFA, ACCA, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of industrial and commercial sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
