- Key Requirements:
* Proven expertise in Sales & Revenue Generation
* Strong Lead Conversion and Customer Acquisition skills
* Experience in Team Management and Performance Monitoring
* Ability to conduct Training & Retraining programs for sales teams
* Strong CRM and Sales Pipeline Management skills
* Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation abilities
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
