Job Description
Operating long-distance bus services for KSRTC-SWIFT on a temporary contract/daily-wage basis.
Salary: ₹715/- per 8-hour shift, plus overtime pay of ₹130/- per hour and applicable allowances, including EPF and ESI. Selected candidates must submit a 30,000/- interest-free security deposit DD.
Experience Required: Freshers eligible (with required licensing and language/arithmetic proficiency).
Qualification Required: Passed SSLC / Class 10 or equivalent from a recognized board; must possess a valid Conductor Licence under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 (candidates without a licence at selection may produce it within one month of appointment); proficiency in reading/writing Malayalam and English and basic arithmetic;
Age limit: 21 to 55 years as on 22-10-2026.
