Job Description
Combined dual-responsibility role involving both driving long-distance buses and handling conductor operations for KSRTC-SWIFT.
Salary: ₹715/- per 8-hour shift, plus overtime pay of ₹130/- per hour and applicable allowances, including EPF and ESI. Selected candidates must submit a 30,000/- interest-free security deposit DD.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of driving experience on heavy passenger vehicles with more than 30 seats, supported by official certificates or welfare fund records.
Qualification Required: Passed SSLC / Class 10 or equivalent; valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence (conductor licence to be obtained after selection within the specified time); ability to read and write Malayalam and English and perform basic arithmetic; Age limit: 21 to 55 years as on 22-10-2026. Specific physical and eyesight standards apply.
