Job Description
Recruitment for regular Assistant positions at IIM Kozhikode. Responsibilities include managing office clerical and administrative matters. (Note: Initial posting for the candidate selected against the ST category and the UR category topper shall be at the IIMK-Kochi Campus).
Salary: Pay Level-06 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) [Gross Pay: ₹62,000/month approx.]
Experience Required:6 years of relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-05 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) OR combined service of 8 years in Pay Level-04 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) and Pay Level-05 for Govt./Autonomous Institution officials. Equivalent relevant service and pay for non-Govt. officials/contract basis (6 years in Pay Level-05 equivalent with minimum salary criteria or combined service).
Qualification Required: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Upper age limit: 35 years as on 14.11.2026 (relaxable up to 40 years for SC/ST and 38 years for OBC).
