Job Description
This role involves providing VoIP and PBX-based technical support for international clients, particularly in the US and Canadian markets. The work requires strong technical proficiency, communication skills, and adaptability to a dynamic support environment.
Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM ( Night Shift – Monday to Friday)
Training : 3-month intensive offline training (mandatory), with free accommodation provided
Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 VoIP technical support
Troubleshoot issues related to PBX systems, SIP, and VoIP protocols
Communicate effectively with international clients and team members
Perform basic Linux server administration and network diagnostics
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields) or MCA
Solid understanding of Networking, Linux systems, VoIP, or PBX technology (preferred)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Willingness to work in night shifts and undergo 3-month offline training
Preference will be given to male candidates who demonstrate excellent technical and communication capabilities.
