Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the HR team to focus on core HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation & rewards, and career development.
• Analyze HR metrics like offer-to-join ratio, employee retention, and experience data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide people-focused solutions that support business strategy and growth.
• Build strong relationships across departments to influence and align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership and department managers to guide and communicate company-wide strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in a Core HR role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and departmental ethics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and policies.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital HR tools.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Thorough knowledge of Kerala statutory norms.
• Strong written communication skills.
